of ethnic Cleveland-Style Slovenian polkas and waltzes have never been
better. This is Frankie at his best. Arranger, entertainer, teacher,
recording artist, and radio personality all blend his unique skills

Acknowledging his lifetime achievements the Penn-Ohio Polka Pals, Man of the Year for 1999 is Frankie Spetich. In March 1999, he joined the long distinguished list of polka luminaries at a banquet in
his honor.
Thanksgiving weekend was a special time for Frankie that year as he received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Cleveland-Style Polka Hall of Fame, during a weekend of celebrations
and festivities in Cleveland. 1999 is indeed a year Frankie will
remember.
